Refund policy

VIRTUE REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

We only offer refunds or replacements for products that are damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped. We do not accept returns for change of mind or for opened or used products due to health and safety regulations.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@virtuedrinks.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Our team will review the case and arrange either a replacement or a refund.

 

Return Process (if approved)
If a return is required, we will provide instructions. Products must be returned in their original packaging. Once the item is received and inspected, a refund or replacement will be processed.

 

Late or Missing Refunds
